Finally that flock of hens is starting to earn their keep. We're getting from one to three eggs a day now and you know, that adds up pretty fast! Everybody likes finding and collecting them and so far, the novelty hasn't worn off. Aren't they a pretty sight?
While I can't really say they taste any fresher (we were buying $4/doz. free-range organic eggs afterall!), I love knowing exactly what food goes into our birds and the conditions they live in (organic and excellent, if you were wondering). They do have a brighter glow to them though... 
Happy chickens, happy yolks folks. Ok, that was bad. I apologize.

I don't know why (other than it's a really cool photo), but I love this egg picture. Very cool. It would look very cool framed in a kitchen (okay my kitchen). Are you selling your prints? Okay - 3 cools there - not cool. Perhaps I should watch more Word Girl with Noah.
Love the yellow and blue in your egg shot. Love the bowl of brown and white eggs too.
